As Ashley faced new obstacles in growing her team, she had an ace in her pocket other creative business owners didn’t have at the time: her dad Dale, who helped her set up her business for success.
(Dale is a leadership and team development coach and John Maxwell certified partner and consults on business strategy with multi-billion dollar corporations, so he clearly knows how to grow and scale a team!)
