Just wanted to let you know, I cannot believe how valuable and spot on all of this information is to me and where I am at as a business owner. Second week was a bit intimidating, but I am looking into how to move my independent contractors to employees and sole prop to LLC. I have made major strides the past week with an employee contract, job descriptions, onboarding [checklist] and expectations.
