Code of Conduct
Purpose
At The Abundance Group, our community is open to all. We are committed to providing a friendly, fun, and welcoming environment for all, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, or religion.
This Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for participant behavior within our membership, Facebook community, Masterminds, in-person events, local meet-ups, and beyond, as well as the consequences for unacceptable behavior.
Expected Behavior
We expect you to show up, be active in the conversation, and add value to OTHERS first, then others will be prone to pour into your business
Be kind and collaborative.
Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory or harassing behavior and speech.
Be mindful of your fellow community members and other participants.
If you observe unacceptable behavior, notify our team as soon as possible.
Unacceptable Behavior
Unacceptable behaviors include: intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory or demeaning conduct by anyone involved on our TAG Team, speakers, presenters, coaches, or any a part of The Abundance Group community.
It is expected that within our Mastermind there will be private, personal, or confidential information that will be discussed. It is unacceptable to discuss anything that is stated by another member of the mastermind outside of the mastermind. Consequence of this behavior will be swity enforced and explained in detail below.
Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior
Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated in any way. Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately. f a participant engages in unacceptable behavior, the community organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, up to and including expulsion from the community without warning or refund.
What to do if You Witness or are Subject to Unacceptable Behavior
If you are subjected to unacceptable behavior, notice that someone else is being subject to unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, please notify our TAG Team as soon as possible or report the incident via email if the incident was online.

Termination
While we hope not to, we may prohibit your attendance at any TAG Event at any time if you fail to abide by this Code of Conduct, or for any or no reason, without notice or liability of any kind. We reserve the right to cancel any TAG Event at any time, for any reason, and without liability or prejudice.
Governing Law
The laws of Minnesota, without giving effect to its conflicts of law principles, govern all matters arising under and relating to this Code of Conduct.
